Milestone-based engagements

Projects are generally structured around clearly defined milestones, each with its own features, deliverables, exclusions, acceptance criteria, cost, and payment terms, agreed in advance and documented separately from this page.

Ownership

After agreed payments are completed, the client owns the custom project code and deliverables defined in the applicable agreement. Third-party libraries, frameworks, hosted platforms, APIs, and open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

Scope changes

Work outside an agreed milestone is documented, estimated, and approved separately before implementation.

Support

Ongoing maintenance and support are optional and are not required to use the delivered software.
